Career Placement Scheme

Career preparation begins early at Westbourne! Over two years we assist all our students in finding a number of meaningful, tailor-made work placements during holiday periods. This enables them to gain valuable experience and explore career interests in a range of areas before committing themselves, as well as establishing valuable career networks and making new contacts for further placements, support through university and as potential employers.

It also provides an opportunity to develop in the real world, undertaking new challenges, evaluating strengths and limitations, developing perseverance and commitment to the activities, and learning to work collaboratively with others.
