National Tennis Success
Congratulations to Felix in Year 8 on his recent tennis success, helping Wales become overall champions at the recent Home Nations Tennis Championship.
You may have caught the action featured across social media channels, an exciting three-day event, incredibly tight right to the last couple of matches.
Felix’s parents kindly sent in this report:
“We were delighted to see that Wales came first – in Felix’s under 12 group, the under 18s and overall. It was an incredible event to witness seeing how they performed as a team – all playing out of their skins at some point – and supporting the team across the ages. They have all put so much hard work into their tennis and this was really the icing on the cake in terms of the outcome from it all.”

We are fortunate to have Penarth Lawn Tennis Club just yards away from the school and the new House of Sport indoor courts in Cardiff Bay, with some aspiring young tennis stars across the school, we look forward to bringing more tennis news as the season’s progress.
