A Celebration of Everyone
The Lower Sixth as part of their CAS (Creativity, Action, Service), a core subject of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme, put on a scrumptious picnic lunch for the whole school on Friday 24th May. The theme was ‘International’ as the pupils felt it represented both them and the school, pupils were also encouraged to dress up. The students who hosted the picnic lunch are all from different international backgrounds. One of our students, Huong is from Vietnam, Leonard is from Germany and Gleb from Russia. It was wonderful to see the array of costumes from all around the school on display. After the food had been eaten the pupils all played outside in the senior school playground. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
