Year 6-9 students took part in a business related workshop hosted by representatives from Techniquest. Six teams took part and all designed, promoted and budgeted the development of a theme park. This involved choosing rides, food concessions, stalls and applying for grants and bank loans to finance their business. Every team made a profit, wuth the overall winning team comprising students from year 8 & 9; Alice, Pav, Joe and Olivia. The group who borried the most money and were the risk takers were Dylan, Connor, Alicia and Bethany whilst the best pitch for the park was given by Lucas, Scott and twins, Sam and Kate.
